In this role, you will provide engineering and operational support for business-critical systems that power employee benefits and experiences. You will troubleshoot technical issues, automate operational processes, support data platforms, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve system reliability and efficiency. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lake Formation, and Redshift is preferred.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting data platforms, ETL processes, or analytics systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
